June 1, 2025 - paper billing statements

Good afternoon Coolin Sewer Customers,

Accounts that receive a paper billing statement:

6/1/25 statements were dropped off at the Post Office this morning! I apologies for the delay getting these mailed out. Please keep in mind June statements only reflect payments delivered to our PO Box, drop box, or made via the customer portal through 5/31/25. Payments received after 5/31/25 will be reflected on your next statement.

Overall account balances can be viewed in the customer portal at anytime - balances update in real time as payments are posted.
